Terms & Conditions of Service
By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
731 Exterior Solutions agrees to perform exterior cleaning services as outlined in the approved estimate, including but not limited to house washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, fence cleaning and restoration, and specialty services (rust, oxidation, and graffiti removal).
Any additional services requested outside the original scope will require approval and may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Changes
- All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
- Hidden issues or excessive buildup may require adjustments in pricing.
- The client will be notified and must approve any changes before work continues.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: [Customize: Cash, Card, etc.]
- A deposit may be required for larger or commercial jobs.
- Late payments may incur fees and/or collection actions.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
- Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no penalty.
5. Property Access & Preparation
The client agrees to:
- Provide clear and safe access to all work areas
- Secure pets and notify occupants
- Remove fragile or valuable items from service areas
731 Exterior Solutions is not responsible for delays or damages caused by failure to prepare the property.
6. Water & Utility Use
The client agrees to provide:
- Access to a working water source
- Electricity if required for specific services
7. Surface Conditions & Risk Acknowledgment
Exterior cleaning may expose or affect pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to:
- Loose or peeling paint
- Cracked or damaged siding
- Worn wood, seals, or caulking
- Oxidation, staining, or discoloration
731 Exterior Solutions is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
8. Chemical Use & Environmental Safety
We use professional-grade cleaning solutions that are industry-approved and applied responsibly. While we take precautions to protect landscaping and surrounding areas, the client agrees that minor effects on delicate plants or surfaces may occur.
9. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest quality results, some stains (deep rust, oxidation, or organic buildup) may not be completely removable. No guarantees are made for 100% restoration in all cases.
10. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
- Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to correct any issues.
11. Liability & Insurance
731 Exterior Solutions is insured and takes all reasonable precautions. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Improperly maintained or installed surfaces
- Normal risks associated with exterior cleaning
12. Photo & Media Release
We reserve the right to take before-and-after photos of completed work for marketing purposes.
No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.
Clients may opt out by requesting in writing prior to service.
13. Commercial Client Terms
For commercial properties:
- Payment terms may be agreed upon via contract or invoice (Net terms if applicable)
- Property managers must ensure tenant and site access
- Larger projects may require deposits or phased payments
14. Force Majeure
731 Exterior Solutions is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
15. Agreement & Acceptance
By accepting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
